Temporarily, our 25 schedule is going from 3 days, to 2. Below is a list of the reasons why. Our raid times will be the same, but our days will go to Tuesday and Thursday.

Exhaustion:
The guild has been raiding full time hard core, for almost two years. Many of the core group has been going hard and steady for a very long time. As a result of that, and there being almost no content to do at the moment, people are just bored and tired. I'm sure all of you have had those days where you just can't wait for the raid to start, or looking forward to it for a few days. That for a lot of people, is long past with the current content that is out.

I've spoken to a lot of people, and everyone is pretty much sick of Ulduar 25. Not only that, but it's hardly constructive for us. The only reason we have been doing it a little here and there is to keep the guild members active. I'm a big believer in it, but active at the expense of entertainment (which is why we all play), doesn't make sense. It's not good for the player, or for the guild.

Content:
Right now, we're going through Vault/25 TOC/and Ony in ONE night. With time to spare. I do want to spend the extra day exclusively in 25 TOC heroic. Spending two whole days doing nothing but wiping is exhausting.

I've trimmed Wednesday, because we have a handful of pro players that have school situation that almost forces us to go do Ulduar, which most of just hate doing atm.

My Absence:
Another reason, is that I will be out almost two weeks due to me getting married in Puerto Rico.

10's: Tens are fun and productive, the gear is 10 toc heroic is as good as that in 25 regular. So Wednesday night is going to turn into a tens nights, along with Sunday. Allowing more time to get that stuff done. I'm also likely to go in and help group 2 via my shaman/paladin to help them get 10 toc heroic down, as they are having trouble in there at the moment.

I expect the change to last roughly one month, maybe less, or as needed. We just don't have enough content to do right now to suck up 3 nights and fill one night with nothing but bullshit, to keep people busy. We can still maintain activity level suitable for a high end raiding guild with 2 nights for 10's, and 2 for 25's.
